MEET JILL
Jill brings with her to Destination Botox a passion for skincare, and all things related to the medspa industry! She has a sincere desire to help others maintain their youthfulness as well as help them bring it back! Jill understands the journey her clients are embarking on when they come to see her and her husband Mike at Destination Botox. She knows that it can be a bit nerve-wracking at first for clients deciding on which treatmentts fit best for them. She is there every step of the way, answering questions, giving guidance, right there for text questions, and even holding a hand for a nervous client!
Jill and Mike's goal is to create a unique and caring setting that provides the ultimate comfort, assurance, and professional expertise that their clients hope for and expect, when they arrive at Destination Botox. They want their clients to feel heard, cared for and completely at ease when they step in the door!
While having spent over 25 years in the skincare industry, she also brings with her numerous certifications related to the various treatments available within the med spa setting. Her certificates include Plasma Pen USA Elite and Advanced technician, certified technician for DR PRP Platelet Rich Plasma and Micro-needling, graduation from the Med Spa Institute of America both with their entry level certificates in Laser, Coolsculpting, Cooltone and Injectables as well as their Advanced Certification in these modalities. Jill and Mike also attend ongoing online and in person training with the Allergan Medical Institute, ISClinical, Revision and Factor Five Skincare Institute's.
Jill, alongside her husband Mike, feel blessed to be a vital part of the Apple Valley, Minnesota community! They share their home with two sweet kitties, Gracie and Georgi. Outside of time at Destination Botox, Jill enjoys time in God's word and all things family, with her husband Mike, their adult children and a bunch of grandkids! Jill also focuses on fitness and wellness and adds that to her list of passions!

MEET MIKE
Mike Cavanaugh RN, BSN, and Co-founder
Mike began his career as a registered nurse with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. Following his passion, he continued training to receive the designation as a Certified Cardiac Device Specialist. This training gave Mike the privilege to work within the cardiac care unit at Abbott Hospital for the past 25 years. Seven years ago, he followed his dream further and chose to pursue the unique opportunity to train one on one, alongside the revered Dr David Christianson, MD and Allergan Medical Institute Trainer, to become an advanced injector and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. He is also a certified injector for DR PRP Platelet Rich Plasma and micro-needling. Mike enjoys interacting with patients and excels in teaching people about their cosmetic and health issues, guiding them, in order to obtain optimal benefit and results!
In 2019, alongside his wife and business partner Jill, they opened their first medspa in Eagan MN. However, they noticed a trend in clients who wanted a more in-depth and serene setting for services, as well as a spa that prioritized their privacy while delivering exceptional care at an affordable price. All of this, while offering unsurpassed knowledge in the field of cosmetic injections and services. Out of this desire to serve their clients at this level, Destination Botox was launched in April of 2022, with the couple adapting their lovely lakeside home to accomodate a medspa setting. Clients arrive at Destination Botox to find warmth, serenity, privacy and years of expertise at affordable pricing with customized treatment plans! Mike's highly skilled injecting abilities, paired with his extensive nursing expertise and patient communication skills, have made him an invaluable asset to Destination Botox and his clients.
Mike's goal at Destination Botox is to ensure that clients feel listened to, educated, well cared for and delighted with their results. He is 100% there for his clients, with honest, concise answers to their treatment questions and concerns. His goal is the absolute best outcome for everyone who walks through the door at Destination Botox. In his leisure time, Mike enjoys weight training, playing the guitar, spending time on the water, reading God's word, and quality time with his wife Jill and family.
